With CARE, you can insure the roof of your folding gazebo and replace it or receive a free repair kit in the event of damage, as often as you need to. This also includes printing and personalisation costs. You will receive the product exactly as you purchased it the first time!

CARE+
With CARE+, you can insure the roof, frame and individual parts of your gazebo and replace them or receive a free repair kit in the event of damage, as often as you need to. You will receive the product exactly as you purchased it the first time!

How does it work?

Very simple!

Signing the contract

The contract can only be entered into upon purchase of an Ecotent® or Mastertent® gazebo and never at a later time. To activate cover, simply read and sign the framework agreement provided by your representative and pay the fee together with purchase of your gazebo. The price of the service varies depending on your chosen service duration and gazebo type.

Peace of mind

Your investment in a high-quality folding gazebo is now safe and you can rest easy. In the event of damage due to force majeure or wear and tear, simply send an email to [email protected],stating:

the unique serial number on the roof of your gazebo
your unique CARE/+ contract number
a photo of the part to be replaced and the damage.

You will receive priority assistance and the spare part(s) will be very quickly sent to you at home.

Like a new gazebo

You will receive all the parts you need to make your gazebo just like new again, including printing and personalisation!

After receiving your new roof, repair kit or new frame (whole or parts), just follow the simple video instructions on the Mastertent® and Ecotent® website to repair the gazebo yourself.
Don’t worry! We have carefully designed our gazebo frames to make them easy and straightforward for anyone to repair, and the modular nature of our gazebos is a feature we are very proud of. You don't even need a screwdriver!
Repairing your gazebo yourself saves the considerable cost and time of two-way shipping. Faster and cheaper with minimal effort.

Contract renewal

30 days before your signed CARE/+ contract ends, you will receive an email advising you of its expiry. You can then decide whether to extend the contract for a further period of time by paying the cover fee before the service expires or allow the contract to run out and therefore stop benefiting from its services.
