The history of our family business goes far back in time. Franz Zingerle, a trained machinist, founded the ZINGERLEMETAL company in 1948. Today, 75 years later, the second and third generations are leading it under the new umbrella brand ZINGERLE GROUP in harmony with tradition and innovative thinking. Almost 400 employees at ten subsidiaries and two production sites work every day to fulfil all customer wishes.

Made in Europe
We produce everything ourselves. This allows us to offer a high product quality, fast delivery times, fair working conditions and personalised end products. In our 7,000 m2 big headquarter in Italy, we produce all the aluminium structures for our folding gazebos and the metal bases for our beer garden table sets.
In our second production facility in Romania, we run our own sewing, print and woodworking shop with carpentry. The final assembly of all finished parts takes place in Italy, from where all final products are shipped to our customers all over the world.
The world is spinning and we are moving with it. We are aware that we have an impact on the well-being of our planet and thus on our own well-being. For this reason, we strive for new, innovative and sustainable solutions every day.
Our actions for the environment
Already since 2008, the electricity of our company building in South Tyrol (Italy) has been generated by a 400 kWp photovoltaic system, while the district heating network of the municipality covers the entire heating needs of the building.
We heat our second production facility in Romania with 100 % of the wood waste generated during the manufacture of our products. We are also reforesting the forests in Romania: last year we planted a total of 6,195 spruces, 755 larches and 600 ash trees, which is 20% of the wood we have used. We want to increase this value every year.
All this and more is what we do to protect the environment as best as we can.
People in the Focus
It is in the nature of a company to achieve economic success. In our actions and decisions, people are always in the focus. Fair wages and working conditions are guaranteed in our own production facilities and we offer our employees worldwide numerous benefits such as health funds, promotions in public transport and a "Well Being" programme, which includes joint activities, healthy snacks and rooms as a place of retreat or for yoga sessions. In addition to our employees, we do not forget the people around us. We are involved in numerous social projects to share our success with those in need.
Durable products
As a manufacturing company, we have always known that the greatest potential for sustainable production lies in the product itself. Therefore, the product life cycle of all our products is designed to the maximum. Excellent material quality, strict quality controls, sophisticated technology and the availability of spare parts are the basis of all our products. Moreover, a long product life cycle results in a significant reduction in energy consumption.
We use fabric scraps, generated during the production process of our folding gazebos, to sew handy shopping bags. With the purchase of a folding gazebo, every customer receives one of them as a gift.
