Authorized Resellers can purchase our products at a manufacturer wholesale discount and have non-exclusive rights to promote and sell our products within North America, either to end customers or as distributors.
Through exacting product standards, comprehensive training, and clear communication, we set our Resellers up for success. In turn, we expect Resellers to commit the time, resources, and strategies necessary to bring our products to market successfully.
Across our family of brands, products include folding tents, mobile pavilions, inflatable structures, folding furniture, and their related accessories for users in marketing and events, food and hospitality, sports and recreation, medical and safety, and many other industries.
Our products are available to Resellers at significant discounts off list prices, depending on the brand, category, and partnership level. We provide detailed pricing guidance, giving the Reseller the ability to mark up from cost, discount from list, or raise prices in appropriate situations.
Resellers receive a comprehensive directory of products at List Prices (MSRP) and Wholesale Prices (off MSRP). During the introductory period (or longer with approval), Resellers enjoy a ‘No Minimum’ purchase relationship. Resellers then enter an ‘Annual Minimum’ purchasing structure, based on mutually agreeable sales goals, wherein further discounts off List Price become available.
We support order fulfillment and delivery throughout North America with a large selection of inventory in our Charlotte, North Carolina facilities. Stock product orders, such as standard hardware and colors, process quickly, typically in one to five days, whereas custom product orders commonly take two to four weeks to fulfill, subject to order volume and queue conditions.
Resellers may choose to deliver orders to their customers via their own facility or agent, customer pickup from a Zingerle Group facility, or drop-shipment directly to the customer. In any case, Resellers are responsible for products, with FOB Origin terms.
Our industry-leading warranties and guarantees demonstrate our belief in our products. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the first 30 days, product manufacturing warranties ranging from 1 year to limited lifetime, and a 10-year parts availability guarantee, subject to terms and conditions.
All warranties extend through the Reseller to original the retail customer, effective on the date of end customer receipt, and are nontransferable to any future owners. Reseller stock items are also eligible, subject to review for proper storage and handling, and limited to a (1) year shelf life.
Knowledge & Commitment
In the course of partnership, Resellers may be exposed to confidential information related to our products, processes, strategies, or other topics. Resellers commit not to share this information or use it in competition with the Zingerle Group, either during partnership or after discontinuation of service. Further, Resellers must pledge to properly and accurately represent the Zingerle Group and its brands, the resale relationship, as well as product capabilities and safety to their customers. Any misrepresentations are the Reseller’s responsibility to correct.
Manufacturing & Substitutes
We work hard to develop and maintain a reputation for premium products. Therefore, alteration, modification, or reproduction of any Zingerle Group product is strictly prohibited without express written consent. We understand that Resellers may sell competing, alternative, or complementary products, but we require prior approval before combining these items with Zingerle Group products.
